CRC/Transregio 280 Events

AdvanceAEC Autumn School 2022 is aimed at early career researchers, e.g. master students, PhD students and postdocs from the partner institutions of the AdvanceAEC network.

In workshops organized by members of the partner institutions, young scientists will have the opportunity to explore theoretical concepts, test practical skills and become familiar with manufacturing processes, programming languages and computer programs. The 2022 courses will include social sciences, computer science and computation, concrete design, carbon concrete structures, robotics and manufacturing. In addition, participation in the CRC 1244 conference is offered.

The 14th Carbon and Textile Reinforced Concrete Days will take place from 26 to 29 September 2022 together with the 61st Research Colloquium of the Deutscher Ausschuss für Stahlbeton (DAfStb, the German Committee for Reinforced Concrete e. V.) at the Pullman Hotel in Dresden. Some of the lectures will be streamed in German, so you can choose between attending on site and participating digitally from, for example, your home, office or construction site.

Event information

The Research Colloquium of the German Committee for Reinforced Concrete (Deutscher Ausschuss für Stahlbeton, DAfStb) has a long tradition. It was held for the first time in 1974 at the TU Munich. The idea was to give young scientists, in particular, at the research institutes at universities the opportunity to present their current research work to a wider audience, and also to promote the exchange between research and practice. Since 2013, the annual conference of the DAfStb has also been held together with the Research Colloquium.
