iWG Numerical and Analytical Models

Realistic and efficient, simulative descriptions of carbon concrete structures support the development and the analysis of new construction stategies. Several subprojects of the CRC/Transregio 280 have the task of conceptualizing numerical and analytical models to simulate different aspects of the structural behavior and material behavior of carbon concrete.

The iWG NAM is dedicated to the interaction of those subprojects. Particular attention is given to the utilization of CT data, a coherent material model and program specific commonalities. The aim is a consistent modelling strategy, a robust information flow between the different scales and in general the furtherance of collaborations.
