The pupils of the advanced mathematics course at the Viktoriagymnasium in Aachen visited the ART (Chair of Algebra and Representation Theory) and LfAZ (Algebra and Number Theory) chairs.
In the workshop "Symmetry and Interlockings", the pupils received an introduction to symmetry and patterns in mathematics. With a programme, they were allowed to produce their self-constructed building blocks that allow interlocking and selected models were then printed in 3D.
